Recently I attended the 'Giants of Buffalo Food' event at The Buffalo History Museum and I had the opportunity to chat with Charlie The Butcher about the history of Buffalo's 'Beef on Weck' sandwich.

Charlie's butcher shop has been carving beef since 1914 spanning 3 generations and Charlie says, "taste is what Buffalo's all about."

Clearly they have that covered. We are proud to have Charlie and his staff a part of what Buffalo is all about, especially when it comes to our unique food selections.
