"Everywhere You Look" may decry the loss of yesteryear, but at least modern technology has welcomed it with open arms.

The Carly Rae Jepsen-fronted Fuller House theme song, which was originally released in 1987 as Full House's theme song, has entered Billboard's pop digital charts at No. 44 after selling 10,000 copies, Billboard reported today (March 10). The song was originally recorded by Jesse Frederick and co-written by Full House executive producer Jeff Franklin.

Jepsen told Rolling Stone in February that the experience of recording the song with producer Butch Walker — who's worked with Fall Out Boy and Taylor Swift — was a lesson in trusting her instincts, even when reworking someone else's material.

"You want to be true to the original," she said. "I was trying to mimic along the lines of what Butch Walker has done and make it work, and they were like, 'Just try it once the way you would do it.' And they were like, 'That's way better.' I learn that more and more as I take on new projects: If you try too hard to do something unnatural, it's never going to feel right. You have to let yourself let loose and be."
