Canalside To Be Home For Part of the USS Buffalo

Named for the Queen City, the USS Buffalo was retired last year, and part of the submarine will have a new home at Canalside.

According to the Buffalo News, "A group of active and retired Navy personnel, along with local community leaders, arranged to save two control panels from the sub for display at Canalside."

There will be an on-field mention of the new addition to the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park during Monday's Buffalo Bills game.
