Last night a friend and I went to Canalside to skate.  We were not alone.  Seems like everyone else had the same idea.

Yep.  Even with the warmer weather Canalside ice is fine.  So many things to do besides skate too.

I)  Igloos on the Ice look so cozy.  Canalside.com writes that they have three transprent geodesic dome igloos.

 These igloos accommodate up to 8 individuals and offer a cozy, intimate space to  relax while enjoying a brisk Buffalo winter day of ice skating

 

2) Curling

Minimum of 4 people, max of 10 people per lane. (2) Lanes Available. Includes: Instructor and all the equipment you will need (stones, grippers & sliders, brushes).
Weekdays: $10 per person for one hour
Weekends / Holiday Hours: $15 per person for one hour

3) Ice Bumper Cars are are $7 for 7 minutes and must be reserved in the Winter Pavilion.
