As the coronavirus outbreak impacts the world, including here in the US, there's been speculation about sporting events and would teams here in North America play in front of empty stadiums and arenas?

According to Fox Sports, sports leagues in Europe, Asia and the Middle East have already locked out fans from games because of the virus and news came recently that the NBA has asked teams to prepare to play games without fans.

A pretty big move came on Monday as well, with the NHL, NBA, MLB and MLS banning media from locker rooms until further notice.

The Sabres have about one month left in the regular season and wouldn't it be so weird to have them play in a completely empty Key Bank Center? Or the Bisons playing in an empty ballpark?
