A Buffalo man who was already charged with murder has now been indicted in another murder. Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced that the 19-year-old man was arraigned on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan. Calvin D. Clemons was charged with one count of Murder in the Second Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

On December 24, 2020, at around 4:30 am, Clemons allegedly shot and killed 17-year-old Felix Aguirre of Buffalo, who was sitting in a vehicle on Liddell Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Clemons will be back in court on Friday, March 4, 2022, at 9:30. He is currently being held without bail. He's facing 25 years to life on these charges.

He is also being prosecuted for another murder in Buffalo. He and another youth offender are accused in the homicide of 20-year-old Trenten Jacob Sink of Lockport. This incident took place on March 29, 2021, on C Street.
He'll be back in court on that charge on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 11:00 am.

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn said,

All homicides are tragic, but this case is particularly heartbreaking. A teenage boy was murdered on Christmas Eve as his family was mourning the loss of his brother who was also killed in shooting a few months prior. I am committed to obtaining justice for this family by prosecuting this defendant for his crime while continuing to seek the person responsible for the murder of the victim’s brother Luis Rivera. I encourage anyone with information that may help us solved this case to come forward.
