Buffalo Day Care: Kids ‘Had Been Held Down + Had Water Poured On Their Face’

A very scary thing for your kid to tell you when coming home from daycare.

TLC Daycare 2 on Broadway has now been shut down after accusations of corporal punishment to some of the kids.

A kid came home and told him mom that he had been held down and water was poured over his face.

According to WGRZ:

Office of Children and Family Services, a 2-year-old told their mother they had been held down and had water poured on their face on two occasions: July 20 and 24. A state inspection of the daycare on the 24th found a violation of corporal punishment, and additionally, the daycare did not have enough staff to properly care for the amount of children in the facility, among other hazardous violations.
