We are finally here.

The Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams will square off at SoFi Stadium in just over an hour, as the NFL kicks off another regular season.

This is the most anticipated Bills season in 30 years, as they are the odds-favorite to win the Super Bowl in February. As for the Rams, they’re not far behind the Bills in the odds department; this game could be foreshadowing the Super Bowl.

However, the Bills will be without a few players because of injury.

Cornerback Tre’Davious White (ACL) will miss the first four weeks of the season, as he’s on the reserve/PUP list.

The Bills will also be without tight end Quintin Morris and tackle Tommy Doyle, as both are inactive.

In what might be a surprise to some fans, rookie wide receiver Khalil Shakir will be inactive as well, as a healthy scratch.

Here’s the complete list of inactives for the Bills tonight.

This means running back Zack Moss is active and will likely be asked to play in short-yardage situations.
As for the Rams, they will be without third wide receiver Van Jefferson, who had a knee scoped in August.

The Bills will need Taron Johnson, Dane Jackson, Kaiir Elam and Christian Benford to cover the likes of Cooper Kupp, Allen Robinson and Tutu Atwell.

Chances are Matt Milano will be asked to shadow tight end Alex Higbee, while the Rams will have Cam Akers and Darrell Henderson running the ball.

For the Bills offense, the updated offensive line will be asked to stop arguably the best player in the NFL, defensive tackle Aaron Donald; Mitch Morse, Rodger Saffold and Ryan Bates will be asked to slow him down.

Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey will cover Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs. However, it’s not hard to envision that Isaiah McKenzie and Dawson Knox will be big factors in tonight’s game, as the Rams will focus on stopping Diggs and Gabriel Davis.

Kickoff is at 8:20 pm.
