The Buffalo Bills play the Carolina Panthers today at Highmark Stadium at 1 pm, which marks the first meeting between the two teams in Orchard Park since 2013.

The Bills are 7-6 and currently 8th in the AFC standings after the Indianapolis Colts defeated the New England Patriots 27-17 on Saturday night.

The Bills, however, control their own destiny with the AFC East. If they win their final four games of the regular season, they will win the AFC East because they would hold the division tiebreaker over New England.

However, today will be a tough test.

The Bills will be short-handed on offense. Left tackle Dion Dawkins and guard Jon Feliciano were both placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and will miss today's game. Linebacker Tyrel Dodson was also placed on the COVID-19 list. Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders will also miss today's game with a knee injury.

Here are the rest of the inactives.

Running back Zack Moss will be a healthy scratch for a second straight game, while edge rusher A.J. Epenesa will also not dress.

Moss' role in the offense has been diminished as the season has gone by, as Matt Breida's role has increased.

The Panthers boast one of the best defenses in the entire NFL, and will be a handful for the Bills depleted offensive line.

The Bills must take advantage of their offense, who rank near the bottom of the NFL, as they use a two-quarterback system of Cam Newton and P.J. Walker. Starter Sam Darnold is hurt.

If the Bills win they will improve to 8-6. A loss with drop them to 7-7 and further back in the playoff race.
