We always say that Buffalo Bills fans are the best. Yes, of course we’re biased, but if you’ve spent an extended period of time in Western New York, then you know that the Bills are a way of life here. They’re truly part of the fabric of this community.

The Bills held their first open practice of training camp today and distributed over 30,000 free tickets to fans at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.

The best part of the morning was when Bills fans welcomed back Josh Allen at the stadium with roaring chants of “MVP” as he ran out on to the field in front of thousands since the 2019 regular season.

Normally, the Bills hold open practices at Saint John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY (Rochester), but last year fans didn’t attend practices at One Bills Drive due to the pandemic. So, this is really the first time we’ve gotten to see the Bills run a practice or a scrimmage at the stadium in quite some time. Boy it felt good, too.

If you’re wondering when the Bills next open practice is, it will be next Saturday at 10 am at Highmark Stadium. The final open practice will actually be after the final preseason game, on September 1st.

The first preseason game is two weeks away: 7 pm in Detroit against the Lions.

The wait for football is over, Bills Mafia!
