Awww! Dog Found in WNY…Look What This Little Guy Looked Like Shaved

Anyone know who's dog this is?

He was found yesterday wandering the streets by Niagara Falls Police on Frontier Avenue.

It took over 2 hours to shave the ONE POUND of fur off the poor guy!

They don't think he was running that long, but he was all matted down and could barley see! Otherwise, the SPCA says he is very healthy despite being matted down.
