As I was driving in this morning I looked over at the Tifft Nature Preserve and thought, "do they ever do anything there?" Well, they do. For example the seventh annual Spring EGG-stravaganza is set for March 25th, 2016.

The Tifft Nature Preserve is off Fuhrmann Blvd. and has trails open daily from dawn until dusk. The egg-stravaganza is a family fun event for all ages and actually is their 7th annual! Your children will meet live animals, enjoy make 'n' take crafts, play games, have refreshments, go on guided hikes, dye eggs and more!

Tifft.org says:

Admission to the event is $7 per person, BMS members save 10%. Preregistration and prepayment is required. Entry will be timed at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Please bring your own hard boiled eggs to participate in egg dying, dye made using natural dyes from flowers and vegetables will be provided!

You can learn more about the Tifft Nature Preserve here. They were founded in 1861 by the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences.
