The City of Buffalo is making changes to its parking policy ahead of another big snowstorm that is set to move through the area tonight.

The city sent out a text alert stating that alternate parking will be in effect for all 9-4 streets within the city. All cars on these streets must be parked legally or they could be towed.

The city will be using mini-tows to allow for snow clean-up and if your car is towed, you will be responsible for all expenses associated with the tow.
