Buffalo and Western New York continue to dig out after a generational blizzard over the weekend.

Many people got stuck on the roads across Western New York and had to abandon their vehicles on the roads after they got stuck.

So where can people go to pick up their vehicles?

According to a Tweet from Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, there are several places where police and tow companies were taking vehicles that were left on the roads in Western New York.


 

At the time of this writing, there were still travel bans across several areas in Western New York including the City of Buffalo, Hamburg, Cheektowaga, and Amherst.  


The best thing to do if possible is to stay at home while crews continue to clear the roads and highways. Police are issuing tickets to drivers who are driving in areas that have travel bans.
