A Salute to Buffalo Broadcasting Legend Danny Neaverth [AUDIO]

How many of you remember listening to "KB" on your transistor radios while growing up in Buffalo? I remember listening to Danny Neaverth on WKBW 1520 as it was the only decent top 40 station around. Let's take a trip back into time and listen to a bit of WKBW radio and Danny Neaverth from the 1960s.

In this picture you see Buffalo radio legends Tom Donahue, Danny Neaverth and Stan Roberts. All were major influences on me as a child and are the reason why I wanted to become a radio personality.

Buffalo radio would not be the same if there was no Danny Neaverth on the air. These memories from the 60s include a commercial for the record department at Sattler's Department Store.
