According to the Niagara County SPCA, a 10-year-old dog named Silvia was recently surrendered and needs a forever home.

According to the description, she's an "absolute sweetheart" and is confused at why she's at a shelter.

You can keep track of the dogs that arrive at the Niagara County SPCA on their Facebook page.
