This past Tuesday was the warmest day in WNY since October, and according to the Buffalo News, shattered records. Temperatures have dipped, and Thursday brings the chance for sleet and the possibility of 2-5 inches of snow.

The Buffalo News states, "The 1 p.m. reading broke a 63-year-old record for the high temperature on a Feb. 20 and tied for the sixth-warmest temperature for any February day in the city's recorded weather history."

According to the National Weather Service, there's a winter weather advisory "in effect from 1AM to 4PM EST Thursday. Mix of freezing rain and sleet, then snow with accumulations of 2 to 5 inches."
