Yesterday, Bill Cosby was handed a sentence of 3 to 10 years in prison for sexual assault.

After the verdict was handed down, a spokesperson for Bill said: "'most racist and sexist trial in the history of the United States".

Cosby's lawyer asked the judge if Bill could be free on bail until his time and the judge throught it was a ridiculous request and said that he's been a danger to the community and was to be locked up immediately.

There was a woman from Western New York who had encounters such as these with Cosby. Lisa Christie, now 49, had personal encounters with Bill Cosby when she was younger. She left West Seneca and went to New York to model and met Bill Cosby on the set of his show.

He came up to me and asked me at the time what I wanted to do with my career and I told him I wanted to act." She considered Cosby like the rest of America, a father figure, but more importantly a mentor on her career path.

At the age of 20 while in Chicago for a movie audition, she says Cosby said, "come on over on the couch and sit next to me. He had a drink already waiting for me." She only took a sip because she didn't drink alcohol. A few minutes later he wanted to do an an acting exercise. "I closed my eyes he began to try to kiss me and I immediately moved, and said what are you doing? He said you love me, and I said Bill, I love you like a father and then he said you owe me and said I never asked you for anything", according to WGRZ.
