I had the utmost pleasure of announcing the names at the finish line for the Susan G Komen Race For The Cure.

I have never seen so much support and love in one room. So many women have beat breast cancer due to early detection. It was amazing announcing the survivors names at the finish line and people cheering for them! I gotta say, I definitely shed some tears at this event. How could you not? They are for women battling breast cancer, survived breast cancer or lost their battle. It is such a devastating disease!

Here I am with some peeps and a huge ginormous pink truck!

Our sister station Channel 2 WGRZ was also there. Here is a pic of the Media Diva's Melissa Holmes, Claudia Ewing, Kelly Dudzik, and Mary Alice Demler. Let's not forget Yasmin Young of Power WBLK too and myself representing Mix 96. Such a powerful group!

I even hung out with Mayor Byron Brown and found out he was a fan of Mix 96!

Last but certainly not least, I was able to meet THE Linda Gray the woman who wore pink every single day for the last 20 years! She battled breast cancer and is a huge advocate for early detection. Such an inspiring woman!

I even got in on some of the activities by dying my hair pink.
