Insane Inflatable 5k

I was gonna do this with a GoPro but I need to take selfies so...running with the phone!  So fun, perfect weather, great crowd, and what a course!  Bounce on Buffalo!

OK...so the trampoline doesn't inflate, per say, but ya GOTTA agree the dog goes a little insane on it, right?

How's your training coming along?

My dad never let us have a Slip'n'Slide because it would ruin the lawn (so we'd drag garbage bags up the street to my friend's more lenient parents' house!).

I'm not much of a runner. I had a small running career back in '07, but because I didn't train properly, have the right shoes or have any knowledge about anything, running-wise, I totally destroyed my knees after three 5Ks.
