Grand opening ceremonies are scheduled tonight for the Hotel Lafayette in downtown Buffalo following a year-long 42-million-dollar renovation. The building has stood in Lafayette Square for 110-years. We've got a sneak peak of the renovations as well as some old photos of the hotel for a look back and a look ahead.

With JOY FM located downtown in Lafayette Square we have watched the rebirth of the former Hotel Lafayette with keen interest.
