Our 7-year-old lab-mix Meisha is fearless when it comes to the pool. All you have to do is toss her ball into the water and she jumps in after the toy. She not only amazes us constantly, but she entertains company all summer long. No one ever seems to get tired of watching Meisha's moves.
Here we go again! Another hockey season has begun in the Hagen household. Ryan's team began dry land training this week and hit the ice for their first skating session together this morning!
We saw school supplies in stores before the Fourth of July, and now Christmas decorations are already popping up! Is it "Christmas in July," or is it too soon to start thinking about the holidays?
What is your dog afraid of? When the storms began rolling through Western New York early this morning, thunder and lightning rocked our house, and my poor puppy Bella began to shake. I feel so bad for Bell. There doesn't seem to be anything we can do to help ease her anxiety when a storm strikes.
If you haven't heard by now, today is "Take Your Dog to Work Day." Joe, Keith and I all have pups at home, but none of us brought them to the studio today. We did bring photos though!
What did you have for breakfast this morning? I have to admit, my choice today was really not one I should tell you! Yep, Diet Pepsi and a Three Musketeers (fun size) bar.
We're closing out an era here at the Hagen household. My daughter, Jenna, and her girlfriends attended the "8th Grade Dinner Dance" this weekend as they wrap up classes and exams at Lancaster Middle School over the the next couple of weeks. In September, they'll be freshman at Lancaster High School. I can't help but feel the transition is somewhat bittersweet.
Today is a big day in the Joy FM studio! We are celebrating Joe and Keith's birthdays this morning! In honor of their birthdays, I'll tell you a few things you may not have known about these two!
Twenty years ago today I married the most amazing guy. We've made so many wonderful memories over the years, but there are still a few things that stand out from that beautiful Saturday back in 1992.
We made "Taco in a Bag" for dinner the other night! It's a quick easy meal or snack we first tried at the concession stand when my kids were in cheerleading and football. Never heard of it? While, then you're in for a real treat!
