The United States Supreme Court will tackle same-sex marriage on Tuesday.

Justices will weigh the constitutionality of laws that currently ban same-sex marriage in some states, and the key issue that will addressed is whether or not same-sex couples have the right to marry under the Constitution.

The Supreme Court opened the door for same-sex marriage by striking down the federal Defense of Marriage Act in 2013. At the present time, same-sex couple can get married in more than thirty-sex states.
