If you are a parent, chances are every Halloween you or someone you know asks the question, "When is Trick or Treating this year and what time?"

Most cities and towns have different times and days when kids are allowed to go trick or treating.

Lawmakers in Connecticut wanted to make things easier for parents, police, and communities and introduced a bill that would make the last Saturday of October officially "Trick or Treat" day.

This would allow everyone in the state to go and trick or treat at the same time and on the same day!

Since Halloween is not a Federal holiday and lots of people think it is about kids getting candy, it kind of makes sense right?
