Potato salad is at the top of the list for summertime fun food. This mustard potato salad will leave you and your guests wanting more. Use a sweet mustard such as my favorite Bone suckin mustard sauce for an extra zing. The addition of the red pepper flakes will give just enough heat.

  • 6 large potatoes - peeled and cubed
  • 4 eggs- hard boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup pe
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbs red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup Hellmans real mayonnaise.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 garlic powder
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. .. do not over boil ,you don't want the potatoes to become mushy. After potatoes are cooled, mix in all ingredients and refridgerate for at least an hour. Then serve cold.
