RECIPE: Grilled Tilapia
There should be fish on everyones grill this weekend. It's healthy and tasty. I know most will reach for the ribs and burgers, but some of your more health conscious guests will want something a bit lighter. This is a simple grilled tilapia that anyone can do. Use a generous thick fillet when grilling
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay
- 2 thick tilapia fillets
Directions
Season fish with all seasons above. Brush fish with olive oil during grilling. cook on low heat. this fish is delicate and breaks easily
