The Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker's daughter Meadow received a $10 million dollar settlement over the horrific car accident that claimed her father's life two-and-a-half years ago.

The 17-year-old's attorney, Jeff Milam, told TMZ that they settled over the matter of whether Roger Rodas was partially responsible for the deadly wreck. Rodas was driving the Porsche Carrera GT when it crashed and burst into flames at an event in Santa Clarita, California on November 30, 2013. According to Milam, Rodas' responsibility for the accident was only partial because he was "not directing the car through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control."

Meadow walked away with $7.2 million dollars and Milam's chunk was just under $3 million, the site reports.

News of the settlement, which actually occurred in 2014, comes just days after news that Rodas' widow Kristine has lost her lawsuit against Porsche, in which she alleged the Carrera GT lacked crucial safety features. The AP reports that U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez found a lack of proof that the car manufacturer was at fault.

That ruling won't affect Meadow Walker's own lawsuit against Porsche. While medical reports found that Rodas died instantly, Walker survived the impact but was trapped in the vehicle by his seatbelt. He was believed to be alive for a full minute and 20 seconds before the fire in the car erupted.

Meadow's suit disputes law enforcement's report of speeding when the crash occurred, and also alleges that the Carrera GT model had a "history of instability and control issues" and lacked Porsche's Stability Management System (PSM).
