New Plans for High-Rise Tower Coming to Buffalo

The Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation has revealed it's plans for a new tower making it's way to downtown. According to the Buffalo News the 18-story tower will be for apartments, offices, and retail.  The plans for the location of the tower are to have it at 201 Ellicott street, currently used as a parking lot.

This tower will also include a grocery store for the city, The Orchard Fresh Store. The store will offer normal array of fresh and frozen foods, as well as bake goods and dairy products.
