Main Street Reopens To TrafficToday

It's a big day in downtown Buffalo as Main Street reopens to traffic between West Tupper and Chippewa Streets.At 1:00P.M. today a ceremony will be held to celebrate the reopening, and a 1919 Pierce Arrow Bus will be the first vehicle to roll down this stretch of the road.

The construction through the Theatre District will allow cars to share the road with the Metro Rail system, and is expected to have a positive impact on business in the area.
