Mack Luchey: March 8, 1935 – Jan. 26, 2018 (Home-Going Information)

We will say our final goodbyes to a Buffalo Legend and Iconic Staple within the Buffalo Community tomorrow. The Doris Records owner, for 55 years, Mack Luchey, created a home -like atmosphere inside the walls of the Record Store.

I am saddened by the passing of Mack Luchey. As owner of Doris Records, the City's oldest record store, he brought the community together through his diverse musical selections and tickets to entertainment venues. Please join me in extending your thoughts & prayers to the family.

Mayor Brown shares the sentiments of all Buffalonians, especially those with the African -American Community.  Mack Luchey will be sorely missed within the Buffalo Community and by friends and Family outside of Buffalo.
