Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed a piece of legislation that will name a bridge here in Western New York in honor of a local WWII veteran.

The bridge along 219 that crosses over state Route 391 will now be known as "T Sgt Henry 'Hank' Dylong Memorial Bridge.".

Dylong, who lived in Boston was a member of the U.S Army Air Corps during WWII and flew and completed 55 missions during his stint in the Pacific.

He passed away a year ago at the age of 95.
