The Biebs was driving through the other day to get to hang out on the water this week!

Bieber is vacationing with his fiance, Hailey Baldwin in Skaneateles, a town right on the finger lakes on the water. The Baldwin's own a home right on the water, where many folks have some serious money in the area.
