The Lewiston man accused of bringing women to his home and then torturing them was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Thursday.

Iver Phallen pleaded guilty to two counts of first degree assault, and one count of second degree assault, all felonies.

Phallen was also originally charged with more than 120 counts of kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault and strangulation at his home in Lewiston. That's where prosecutors found a "treasure trove" of torture tools, including ropes and a harness.

Iver Phallen's arrest and guilty plea came after a 24-year-old female victim came forward to police claiming that she had gone to his home for a consensual encounter, but then things turned violent. The victim said that she woke up in the back of a car with a foggy memory. She was treated at the hospital.

More women came forward following Phallen's initial arrest.
