Impulse Nightclub Shut Down [VIDEO]

The City of Buffalo shutdown Impulse Nightclub over the weekend.A cease and desist order was issued by Mayor Byron Brown following a shooting outside the club on Friday night. Buffalo Police say that violence started inside Impulse Nightclub, which carried onto Washington Street.

A short time later, JaQuan Smith was shot outside. He was treated at the hospital and released.

The Mayor said that he will not hesitate to close down any businesses that has a negative impact on the safety of our community.
