Fish Fryday: Ebenezer Ale House’s Aviator Fish Fry
Friday's have gotten so much better now that Lent is in full swing! This week for Fish Fryday we had Ebenezer Ale House in to try their Aviator Fish Fry. Spoiler Alert: It didn't disappoint!
Ebenezer Ale House on Seneca Street in West Seneca makes a delicious fish fry. They brought in their beer battered option which is called the Aviator because the beer they use is Aviator Red by Flying Bison Brewing Company. If you want to differentiate your fish fry, it all starts with the beer batter!
We were also lucky enough to try the Broiled Cajun fish as well. I'm not a fan of spicy heat but this cajun fish was legit. Just the right amount to flavor it with a kick. It was a nice change of pace from the beer battered fish fry. I was able to crush both so if you find yourself in that situation...do it!
All of the fish fry's come with tarter sauce, fresh cut fries, coleslaw, and pasta salad. If you have an appetite, this is the fish fry for you!
