The FBI's website lists Toth as a private school teacher and camp counselor accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Toth also uses the name David Bussone. He's been a fugitive since warrants for his arrest were issued in Maryland and the District of Columbia in 2008.
The FBI website indicates Toth turned 30 on February 13. He is described on the site as "6’3” tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes, and a medium complexion. He has a mole under his left eye."
The Top Ten list has been a valuable tool to the FBI since it was first created in 1950. The list has led to the capture of some of the nation’s most dangerous criminals, 465 of the 495 fugitives named to the list have been apprehended or located.
