Darien Lake 2017 Season is Right Around the Corner!

Darien Lake Theme Park opened in 1981 and has come a long way since it's inception. Over the last 30+ years it has become New York's Premier Water & Theme Park Destination.  If you haven't been to Darien Lake in the last few years then you don't know what you are missing.

The theme park is home to 7 roller coasters, with the Viper being the classic coaster that started it all.  It is still a favorite of nostalgic roller coaster enthusiasts who enjoy the rides corkscrew feature and double loop.  If that's not enough for you, the Mind Eraser, Predator, Boomerang, and Moto Coaster will get your blood pumping.  The Superman - Ride of Steel will make you feel like you are actually flying.  There is literally a coaster for everyone.

Darien Lake also has a first class water park that features water slides, tube rides, a lazy river, wave pool, kids section, cabanas, and some water thrill rides.  You could spend a day just in the water park alone!  I have done it and it was a blast!
