Columbus Day will be on Monday, October 14 this year. We know this holiday is really only important to a few lucky people who actually have the day off, but maybe you'll choose to take it upon yourself to make it a long weekend (come on, we know you want to).

Post Offices: CLOSED

Buffalo Public Libraries: CLOSED

Walden Galleria Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (normal operating hours)

McKinley Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (normal operating hours)

Boulevard Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (normal operating hours)

Eastern Hills Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (normal operating hours)

Darien Lake Theme Park: CLOSED

Martin’s Fantasy Island: CLOSED

Buffalo Zoo: Open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (normal operating hours)

Buffalo Museum of Science: Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (normal operating hours)

Buffalo & Erie County Historical SocietyCLOSED (always closed Mondays)

Albright-Knox Art Gallery and Burchfield Penney Art Center: CLOSED (always closed Mondays)
