Careful Of New NetFlix Email Scam
Police and officials with Netflix are warning people of a new scam that could lead to having their personal information stolen.
There is a new phishing scam that is targeting Netflix users.
The scam is done through emails. In the email's subject line you will see the phrase "Your Suspension Notification,"
The email also comes with a threat stating that should you ignore it, supposedly, after 48 hours, your membership will be suspended.
The easiest way to make sure your account is in good standing is to open the authentic Netflix browser in a different window and check it out or call the company yourself.
