Amherst Police Issue Alert About Black Bear

The Amherst Police issued an alert regarding the black bear that's been spotted in the area in recent weeks. They posted the following to Twitter:

People in the area of Klein Road and Youngs Road may see a police presence. The Amherst Police remind you NOT to approach the bear if you spot it -- call 9-1-1 and report the location.
