Get ready, Thursday April 14th is the Buffalo Bisons' home opener!  On a related note, here are some incredible (awful?) foods that other ballparks are serving that I'd like to see:

1. Fried S'mOreo. Check this sucker out: a marshmallow between Oreos on a skewer, breaded in graham crackers and deep fried, then drizzled with chocolate sauce.  Sells for $8 at Texas Rangers games.

2.  Funnel Dog.  A hot dog surrounded by funnel cake...on a stick.  The Northwest Arkansas Naturals’ Arvest Ballpark starting selling this in 2008 for just $3.50.

3.  Pulled Pork Parfait.  This one is sold at Milwaukee Brewers’ Miller Park.  A $7 creation that consists of layers of mashed potatoes alternating with layers of pulled pork, and topped with gravy and chives.

4.  Bigger Better Burger Bloody Mary.  Whoaaaa.  An $18 "beverage" was served at the Minnesota Twins’ Target Field.  This features a bacon double cheeseburger slider as garnish, among other garnishes like cheese cubes and the more traditional pickles and celery.

5.  Poutine Dog.  With Buffalo being so close to Canada this concoction seems possible.  Also served in another "border town," Detroit Tigers Comerica Park, the Poutine Dog is $7 that’s like a hot dog , but done in the style of our Canadian neighbors. They also offered three other messy dog styles: one topped with bacon, egg and cheese, one with pork and beans, and one with Coney Island chili and cole slaw.
